The beautiful, rolling hills of Kapatagan, Davao del Sur was an ardous trek for the Bantay Bata Davao Team, enough to equal a day's worth of working out in the gym. But the reward was the majestic hills themselves, which were a sight to behold.
After the uphill 1-kilometer climb, the team finally saw the welcoming banner of Camp Sabros. Despite being tired and weak in the knees, the opportunity for picture taking wasn't far from their minds.
A long climb can work up a big appetite, indeed. The team shared a hearty meal to replenish their energy, and to get thier stomach's full for the activities ahead.

Camp Sabros is famous for the "Zip Line", an extreme activity that would test a person's courage, especially one's fear of heights. The Zipline Cable is approximately 8Km long, and the cable car that will take you back equals its length as well. There isn't anything quite like crossing two cliffs, while you are strapped on a thin cable in prone position. In Mindanao, the Zipline can only be found in Camp Sabros and in another resort in Cotabato, thus the team's rising excitement can only be attributed to being able to ride the Zipline for the first time in their lives.
The activity also included various sports and games. All of these activities were done to strengthen each team member's relationship for a better and harmonious working condition. Not only would they be able to break the ice and bond, but they would share good memories as well.
