Bluepost's Anniversary Gift For BB 163 Davao

Bluepost Bar marked its 7th year anniversary with a special present for Bantay Bata 163 Davao. A party was held to celebrate Bluepost’s birthday, starting with a special beneficiary concert organized by proprietor Anthony Al.

Tickets were sold out seeing as the concert featured the Pinoy band Slapshock, famous for their fierce genre of rock music with 5 albums under their belt.

“We chose Bantay Bata its because our boss, Anthony Al, believes the children are the future of our nation. Nakikita niya maraming mga bata sa streets walang makakain… dapat focus natin sa mga bata.”

This party concert is geared not only for entertainment, but with a mind to show strong support for Bantay Bata’s cause…

MOA Signing for renewing partnership

A handshake to seal the deal

Kevin Davis, Vice President and Managing Director of Dole Philippines South Cotabato, is passionate about his personal campaign to uplift and empower children all over Mindanao. He tells Bantay Bata, "I have a very soft spot for children in general. Children who are less fortunate, more so. Children who are mistread, who are sick. I like to really help in the best of our ability in anyway we can. I have a real problem with sexually abused children, I just cant tolerate that in any level. I can't believe it happens…"

DOLE Philippines of Polomolok renewed their determination to continue their support by giving 24,000 cans for the year 2008.
This 3-year partnership is forged on the desire to see the Filipino children get the necessary attention that they need.
